Vehicles + Parking

VEHICLES

  1. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. All motorized vehicles must meet State legal requirements to be operated within the community.

  2. INOPERABLE OR JUNK VEHICLES. All vehicles must be in running condition – no inoperative or unsightly vehicle will be parked or stored anywhere within the Resident's homesite or in the streets of the community. Any such vehicle will be towed away at the owner's expense. Unsightly vehicles are also determined at management's discretion.

  3. REPAIRS. Only minor repairs such as changing a tire, an oil change, etc. may be done while the vehicle is in the community. Under no circumstance will any major repairs (such as replacing an engine, painting, etc.) be allowed. 

  4. INSURANCE. All motorized vehicles operated in the community must have public liability and property damage insurance.

  5. STORAGE. Under no circumstance can vehicles be used as storage. Any vehicle with an excess of visible items will be towed at the owner's expense. 

  6. MOTORCYCLES, ETC. Motorcycles may be utilized within the community as transportation only. Under no circumstances can they be operated within the community for recreational purposes. 

  7. RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Recreational vehicles are not permitted within GVH communities. Our communities are simply not equipped with enough storage space to house recreational vehicles such as RV's, motorhomes, campers, trailers, boats, mini-bikes, dune buggies, go-carts, 3 or 4 wheelers, or motor scooters. All the above is prohibited and must be stored off-site. 

PARKING

Each homesite is equipped with a two-car parking pad. Residents may park only such number of conventional passenger vehicles in the driveway that do not extend into the streets. There shall be no more than two (2) vehicles parked in the driveway. Under no circumstance will the Resident or their guests park on grass or places other than the designated parking areas as outlined herein.
